Interior Service Inspections:

• Check for signs of forced entry, theft or vandalism

• Check and record the humidity and temperature

• Run the air conditioning and verify it is cooling  

• Check for signs of water damage on floors and ceilings

• Check temperature and humidity readings

• Verify all doors and windows are secure

• Check refrigerator operation 

• Run water in sinks, toilets, tubs and showers to ensure drains are working properly and traps stay filled

• Check back of toilets and under sinks for leaks

• Check circuit breaker box for any tripped breakers

• Check hot water tank for leaks

• Check for unusual odors

• Photograph as necessary

 

Exterior Service Inspections:

• Visual inspection of home exterior

• Visual check of landscaping, make sure landscape is properly maintained

• Look for broken windows theft or vandalism

• Pick up mail and packages, remove door hangers and newspapers

• Check screens and porch enclosures for tears or damage

• Visual check of pool water level and cleanliness

• Put trash cans away after home owners' departure

• Photograph as necessary

A report is sent to you the same day including photographs and explanations of anything found
